April 4, 2004: From Jaipur to Delhi
The cooker prepare egg in request of the guest.
A beautiful omelet with tomato, cheese, and ham was ready to eat. The white piece on the left of the dish is a sort of bread.
We return back to Delhi 200 Km west from here.
Beautiful flowers are everywhere.
A large tree provides a good shade.
What is the name of this orange flower? Orange and pink are representative Indian colors.
Bougainvillea blooms here and there on the fence.

We entered downtown Delhi at last.
Kutupu Minar, one of the world heritage.
The "Tower of victory" stands 72.5 meters in height.
On the right of the tower is a huge iron bar built in 4th century. It is not rusted since the, a mystery of the world.
This is a tree called Ashoka. I saw it for the first time here in my life.

We were guided to a tea shop.
In New Delhi, we took lunch of Tandory.

Presidential building was built in United Kingdom era.

Market jam finds no end.
We arrived at Large Guard, the memorial of Gandhi, the father of Indian Independence.
On the center part of the terrace, Gandhi was cremated. The holly site is accessible on barefooted. We foreigners walked around the corridor around it.
Next visit is Fumayun Tomb, the origin of Taj Mahal.
The temperature goes up to 38 degrees C. The sites I visited were much more wonderful than expected. I want to come back again.
We headed to Indira Gandhi Airport.

On the morning of April 5, we returned back to Narita, Japan. Good temperature, beautiful cherry blossoms are really good for me. Reddish soil of India seemed me something like a dream.
