A nice guy showed up with a big item in hand. He soon discuss with Ms. Kuwano about the preparation of the party.
The guy was a "Tea sommelier's Hatakenaka" He takes out many items such as tea pot and tea container from the box like a magician.
Cookies are ready on the table. Mr. Tarou Nakaya of Yufuin, a member of NPO presented Ohagi (sweet rice ball), Yufuin brand Karintou (fried dough cookies), cookies, strawberry, and Yuzu paste.
The students fully absorbed the technic and looked tired a little bit. They moved down here and turned their ears tot he talk of the tea sommelier.
"Enjoy good tea. The amount of tea leaf is two grams each and the temperature of the water should be about 75 degrees C", he lectured.
"Steam the tea leaves for two minutes in the pod to make good tea. The final drop of the tea is the key to enjoy good tea", he concluded.
His wonderful talk and skill fascinated all.

All the attendants today enjoyed pleasant talk even they met each other for the first time today. Some students soon take pictures by the digital camera, saying "The first step of sending information is to introduce good local foods."
