March 13, 2004: The second session and 'thank-you' party
The second session started with the plain lecture of Mr. Fujino. He introduced some homepages created by local governments, by individuals, and others. He also stressed to use good portal sites of local information and sightseeing web sites.
Then, Mr. Kariya, a member of NPO and a TV producer gave a lecture under the theme of "View point of collecting materials." He refereed to many well known people in this field and strongly attracted the guests' attention. I talked then about my homepage from a view point of a housewife.
The study class was over in success because the students were very eager to learn.
The first study class is approaching its end. Mr. Ono, a director of NPO, summed up today by saying "Why we have started an NPO for sightseeing? The answer is to send out much information to boost up the local community. I hope all the students today will become good sender of the information."
The next event will be a taking-picture class at some sightseeing spots along Betsudai Road, recently renewed for the sightseeing line. The students expect to see Sea Egg and Monkey House to be opened soon.
Just after the study class was over, the site was cleaned up quickly.
After cleaning up the site, we headed to Shanghai INOWA restaurant to join a 'thank-you' party. A pair of lovely lion welcomes the guest.
The staffs were relaxing after the hard work, Watanabe, Ono, and Kadowaki.
Hayashi, Inoue, Shigeno, and me. ANyway, toast up!
The cooking room is visible through the glass. Big flame rises up occasionally and good dishes are coming out one by one.
Mayonnaise dressed prawn, spicy beef, and articulate dishes fascinated us.
The beverage turned from beer to wine. The two glasses of re wine are different brand each other, you know.
I preferred right glass. This is the bottle of it, wine from Nappa Valley of California. USA.

Many people have cooperated this time to finish the first class in success. The next event will be a taking picture class on site followed by the second class on March 27.
