Regular meeting at Yufuin central public hall
	YMF will cerebrates its 30th anniversary this year by opening "Four seasons events." The first executive committee meeting was held today. Some 50 members have put their names in the entry book. The meeting was welcomed by a big "Mushroom boy", one of the special products in the valley, at the entrance.
The roll assignment will be set on this table on the wall.
	The residents of Yufuin showed up in twos and threes after their businesses.
Mr. Kato, the General of YMF, made a few words on the meaning of the 30th Festival in the opening.
	Each attendant will put the name in the table.
There are three blocks in the table, site preparation, planning, and reception.
	Three groups discussed on the works to come. This group is of site preparation. The two representatives were nominated and discussed about the "Spring Concert."
The planning group offers many ideas such as PR materials and commemorative goods.
	The reception group checks the name of the artists and program.
The first meeting was over successfully. Two representatives were nominated from three groups. They will keep close contact each other to exchange the information. Mr. Kato ended up the meeting with an impressive phrase to send out good information for world peace.
