December 6, 2000: Busy confectioner
	A busy confectioner prepares pound cakes for Friendship Sales the day after tomorrow. Today's materials are: 1,200 gram flour, 1,000 gram butter, 1,000 gram sugar, walnut, raisins, and plenty amount of rum.
As the temporary confectioner occupies the kitchen, I took lunch on the bench by looking the Christmas tree in the garden. The weather is very clear and warm unlike a December day.
	Beautifully swollen 12 pound cakes are now completed.
Well, a quick food tasting. "Great!" I can blow my own trumpet over the coffee.
