December 5, 2000: A temporary confectioner
	I will be a temporary confectioner for three days from today. Yes, I will make many cookies for Friendship Sales sponsored by Oita Branch. I first cleaned up the kitchen.
Cheese cracker making is the first job today. The ingredients of 1,400 gram flour and 700 gram of cheese gave a backache after I baked them up.
In the evening, the crackers are packed and sealed tightly with an iron.	The lemon grass was cut and turned into poplin. I hope they sell well.
