June 29,

Croissant, espresso, and fresh juice were very good.
My son went to office. My daughter will take us to Brugge I had long been wanted to visit.
Brugge is an old riverside district of Vlaanderen since 9th century.
The city had once faced with Noordzee and been a member of the Hanseatic League. The high time of the town was in 15th century.
Time stopped since then in this town.We enjoyed canal sightseeing.
We enjoyed good looking through the town.
We then visited Gent.Gent had also flourished by water transport and woolen goods like Brugge. The old buildings along the canal were very beautiful.
We waited for my son and visited a good restaurant crowded with local people.
Waterzooi van Kip is a special dish of Gent. The taste was very good.
The promenade along the canal was crowded with people. The sky was still bright at around eleven O'clock in the evening.
We enjoyed walking in Gent. The day light was strong but the air was dry and cool in the evening.

Sofitel Gent Belfort. My son went to office located here in Gent from the hotel. As my daughter had a schedule, I walked around the town with my husband.
Just in front of the hotel was City Hall. In the building, a wedding ceremony was just about to be held.
The stained glass of the building was very beautiful.
We looked around the town consulting with a map.
The view of the town.
We took waffle, a special food of Belgium, at a town corner shop. The taste was great.
Jan van Eyck is a famous painter. In St. Baafskathedraal is his famous work called "The Mystic Lamb" (1432.)
We took a tram to Sint Peters Station.
We often asked some local passengers where we were now.
We finally catch a train to Bruxells.
We then visited Grand Place. We took lunch together with Belgium beer.
If you touch Everard t'Serclaes, happiness would come on you, they say.
Manneken Pis has so many cloths. As it was hot today he was naked.
We were relieved to see my daughter again.
We three then took late lunch in a Japanese restaurant.
