January 29- February 1, 2004: Invited to a seminar in iCAP Mie COARA
January 30:The 1st meeting of Females' practical use of Internet
The seminar started at last. Many visitors gathered to the site Kuwana City Star21 Hall.
At ten a.m. the seminar started with an emcee of Hirano. Ms. Mizutani, the representative of iCAP Mie COARA makes a few words.
The tables were arranged in square to boost up a good atmosphere.
I was in tense a little because Ms Hirano introduced me in a good way. I talked about my homepage using the front screen.
I was anxious a little bit about how the visitors felt my talk for an hour.
The lunch time has come. Bouillon soup, a new product of sponsor Imuraya, and tasty bread of Mugizou Bakery were really good.
Ms. Higashide made another presentation. She used Internet in her life very well. She is a real expert, I thought.
She runs a shop of Indonesian silver accessory on the web. The wonderful lady was deeply fascinated with the culture of Indonesia.
The seminar was over so quickly before I knew. In the end Hirakawa of iCAP Mie COARA gave the last words.
I found many wonderful people in iCAP Mie COARA today.
After the clean up the site, I visited iCAP Mie COARA office again together with Higashide.
We enjoyed pleasant chatting over the good aroma of tea.
After seeing off Higashide, Ms. Mizutani took me to a wonderful place.
This is Rokka-En (old Moroto Seiroku mansion) designed by Josiah Candle who built Rokumeikan in Meiji Era.
The terrace, fireplace, and tower are really good.
An western building built in those days usually has Japanese annex, but this annex is quite huge.
The long corridor design was very good. I wonder what life was here in old days.
This is DENYA, a rest house next to the main building The curved corridor is very unusual. The house was designed by Mizutani's elder brother as well, she said.

Time passed so quickly.
Mizutani sent me to Kuwana station and said good-bye. Thank you very much Mizutani.
I took a Kintetsu train from Kuwana and passed Yokkaichi and Shirako towns which were new for me. I was very glad today because two members of Yokkaichi Group of Friends joined the seminar.
I was presented an special souvenir of Kuwana, the package of "White fish boiled down by Koubai style" and "Shigure-Ni of cram."
Thank you very much the people of Kuwana. I hope iCAP Mie COARA will grow big soon.
