April 5, 2003: Special pear Tart
A pear tart was prepared just in front of my eyes.
The dough of the tart is well mixed and poured into the mold for baking. During that, the pear taken from the can is to be well drained.
The filling is set on the baked tart carefully.
Thinly sliced pear is arranged on it.
Even this makes my mouth watering.
it is then put in the oven again. The filling was turned to beautiful brown color.

I enjoyed it together with coffee. It was great, indeed.
