Japanese March 24,2007: The 33rd Yufuin Music Festival, executive committee No.1
	The time has come when we start the preparation of Yufuin Music Festival (YMF) as usual. The meeting place was held at our regular tearoom Kotokoto-Ya. We headed to the valley in the torrential rain. The meeting started at seven in the evening.
Beautiful rose welcomed us at the tearoom entrance. Mr. Masakuni Kato, the chairperson of the executive committee,introduced the draft of the artists and program of the festival. I presented fruit cake I bought in Fukuoka Group Of Friends meeting.
	Mr. Sato is the temporary secretary-general of this time.
The questionnaire was distributed to the executive committee members in advance and summed up today. We checked them each other.
	We then exchanged opinion how to solve the problems written in the questionnaire.
We checked frankly on many problems such as the starting time of the evening concert,guest gathering on Friday, pickup bus, and careful cleaning of the music hall.
On the wall of the tearoom were original paintings of the CD's cover born in YMF. The next meeting will be held on April 19.
