June 24, 2001: The 27th YMF preparation
We will have a meeting on the 27th Yufuin Music Festival (YMF) at 8:00 p.m. today at Kotokoto-ya tearoom. We left home before seven. A piece of cloud in the eastern sky reminds me coming summer.
A local train runs in parallel with the road to Yufuin.

We arrived Kotokoto-ya before eight.
Some members are already there.

Tonight's work is to fill the invitation envelop.
Miss Mika Ono of COARA showed up to report the preparation work.
After a simple instruction by the general secretariat, she helped us in putting the address tag on the envelops.

Ono is lucky to find that Ms. Aso, left, is one of COARA members.
Ono helped us in checking the number of T-shirt. She is asked to become a committee member.

I hope she will report on the preparation meeting and many guests will join us.
Mr. Sato struggles with his personal computer to draw the manuscript of the invitation letter.
Ms. Naoe Fuchino of Kotokoto-ya served fresh juice to us.
The juice refreshed us. We continue to prepare invitation tickets.

The next meeting will be held on July 9 at 7:30 p.m. The final work assignment will be decided in detail.

We purchased this year's T-shirts.
