august 11: Yufuin in summer　　　　by Mie
	Despite a calendar tells us autumn has come, we are still suffering from real summer in its peak. During Yufuin Music Festival, both of us were staying in Yufuin, but hadn't had a relaxed time. Today, we have visited Yufuin again today, lured out by a wonderful blue sky. Mt. Yufu viewing from southern edge of the basin always boasts of its elegant slopes on the background of swelling white cloud and blue sky. Click the picture to enlarge.
	We have had a chance to talk with Mr. Kentarou Nakaya of Kamenoi Besso Hotel on the garden under the shade of thick green forest.
	Looking through the thick forage of refreshing green, we can enjoy wonderful scenery of Mt.Yufu behind the straw-thatched roof of a cottage, surrounded with the chirping of cicadas in chorus. Click the picture to enlarge.
	After taking lunch in Keika-en restaurant, we enjoyed coffee in Gallery newly opened last month. The table we sit was just constructed this morning. A carpenter asks Mr. Nakaya "How is the result of the construction of the corner?" The wonderful cozy corner with special view may become my favorite reserved seat. We spent a pleasant time talking about Mr. Nakaya's SP record collection.
