Autumnal flowers have a lot of different shapes and colors. There were many tiny blue spiderworts and unknown violet lovely flowers around the park.
We drove down a little from Higotai park to a cool spot in Kumamoto prefecture called "Ikeyama Headwater Park." The park is registered as one of the "One hundred sweet water welling spots" by the Environmental Agency of Japan. The water is really cool and sweet.

Maple leaves have already turned like this. Behind the bridge is the welling points.
You see clean water wells up and flow down the stream.
Here again a clean stream runs down with murmuring. I found many reddish purple Impatience.
This is the welling spot. You can see many welling points with white sand dancing up and down in the water. On the left is a water guardian deity. On the opposite side of the bank is
another water deity. Many people come to the pond to fill their plastic containers with the sweet water.
The water is flowing down the stream. You can see a restaurant that breeds and serves masu trout dishes.
The rice grown by the sweet water is famous for its taste. The ear of rice is heavily hanging down with fully grown grain. A chicken that grows big by drinking the water enjoys the first taste of the rice.

This is a souvenir shop annexed to the restaurant. They sell vegetables, beans, and other agricultural products coming from nearby farms. Today, an observer like this patrols the shop to check how popular my eggs are to the tourists. Oh, yes, I will help you by buying some goods like your eggs, green beans, egg plants, and cucumbers. On the way back home, we dropped in a shop and bought home-made ham and sausage. Furthermore, we again stopped at a farmer's stand to buy fresh corn. We enjoyed the autumn of Kujyu in the dinner.
