November 11, 2004: Autumn is everywhere
I took a highway bus to Fukuoka. On my way, the hills around the route have already turned to autumnal tints. The color of the leaves were not so beautiful compared with usual year due to the attack of the repeated typhoons.
I arrived at Hakata in Fukuoka City. I found some brilliant colored trees.
This park, Nakahie, is an oasis for the office workers around here.
The boulevard was lined with beautiful trees.
The beautiful day attracted many student in the garden playing sports. The flower bed was good as well.

The courtyard of the hotel in front of the park was dotted with lovely flowers including various kinds of chrysanthemum.
The backside of the hotel had an unusual shape like this. I took an elevator to the 10th floor.
I attended a research meeting titled as "How to create brand-new special products to boost the economy of Kyushu Island."
After the meeting, I got on the return bus to Oita. I found some trees beautifully changed colors in Tenjin area, the center of the city.
It was very good to see such nature in the big city.
