October 29, 2003: Deepening autumn
I will head Kumamoto City. I wonder how many times I have visited the city this year. Familiar Kujyu mountain range is in the deepening autumn.
Hydrangea reminds me of the hot summer this year.

As I am so sensitive to the cold, I wear an anorak already like mid-winter.
Oak leaves are ready for winter coming.
Japanese pampas glass has already died.
I love this clear open landscape.
My regular observation platform Shiroyama. Mt Aso is in the cloud on the top.
A patchwork of rice field in Aso valley. Rice was already cropped.
Shining autumn along the road.
After the meeting in Kumamoto, I go home in the evening.
The sunset.
Mt. Kuju in the evening.

Red mountains.
