February 25, 2002: Homemade bread making class (2)
We then prepared "Fruit jelly" dessert under the instruction of Takeuchi. On hand materials can be used for making a simple dessert.
As the secondary fermentation of Role O'Doul dough was over, Kuroiwa and Yamada (right) coat the dough with egg liquid using a brush.

Well put it into the oven.
During the baking, all the people prepared for setting up the lunch table.

Beautifully baked Role O'Doul, loaf of bread, and roll bread. Marmalade, cream soup, vegetable salad, egg pickle, jerry are all very good. We enjoyed a pleasant lunch by talking the impressions of the attendants. I was encouraged to hear that the guests hoped to have another chance like today.
After the lunch, we cleaned up the table.
Takeuchi explained the Friendship Sales to be held on March 9 and some books published from Females' Friend Publisher.

Sweet pea flower brought-in from Kujyu plateau by Yamada releases fragrance in the room.
After a short rest, we discussed on branch meeting, today's report, account, and review of the day.
