July 2000: This month flower Agapanthus

For the first time ever, Agapanthus flower bloomed in my garden. I forgot when I had planted it. After a long time, the flower bloomed at last, however. They have lovely pale violet petals on the top of straight stretched stems. I wonder why it took so long time for the first blooming.
The Agapanthus flower couldn't have been able to bloom for a long time because it was moved so many times in my garden. At last, the flower found the final place to live in peace at the corner of the flowerbed. It has grown healthy since then, and hold beautiful flowers today.
We have other stalks still not in bloom. I will make importance them hoping their healthy growing.
